I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, vacant land, commercial and income property within the communities of Sedona, Page Springs, Cornville, Cottonwood, Rimrock, Beaver Creek, Lake Montezuma, Camp Verde, Clarkdale and the entire Verde Valley. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
Personal
I am an Arizona native and a Sedona local having lived in this area for the past 19 years. Along with my Real Estate career, I also enjoy mountain biking the most amazing Red Rock Trails in Sedona. My favorite ride starts in the Village of Oak Creek, at Bike and Bean, to the end of Verde Valley School Rd. to Red Rock Crossing around Buhda Beach up Cathedral Rock, then around Cathedral to the Templeton Trail, under Hwy. 179 to the Llama Trail over to Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte jump on the Bell Rock Pathway, back home. A total of 14 miles. I volunteer with various youth programs and organizations, my favorite is AYSO. I have coached my son's soccer team for 8 years. Playing on a women's softball league, hiking the beautiful red rocks of Sedona, are a few of my favorite things to do!!! | |
