| Now that the dust is settling after the closing on my house in Arizona, I wanted to share with you my feelings on the process and about Barbara Bradbury. This is my fourth experience with purchasing a property, but I sttill consider it to be a nervous and anxious moment. It is because of Barbara Bradbury's professionalism and diligence that I feel my "closing" went as well as it did.
What I witnessed is her personal work ethics. Barbara Bradburyhas integrity and commitment to her clients. She is easy to work withand because she rose to the occasion and performed her varied duties with dedication and distinction, I now own a second home in Sedona!!!

| I feel without Barbara Bradbury's excellent suggestions on how to price my property and what I needed to do to get it ready to sell, my property would not have sold as quickly as it did, in two days!!!
I was out of town a lot and she made everything go very smoothly. When I returned to town, all I had to do was sign the final papers at the Title Co.
